Most people have never had their feet professionally measured. They buy what looks good and pay for it every day at work.
Hard floors in unsupportive footwear causes foot pain, knee strain, hip issues, and back problems often before employees realize the cause.
Discomfort is distracting. It slows people down, reduces focus, and increases mistakes especially in healthcare and warehouse roles.
Plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, and slips from worn soles are common and often preventable. These mean missed work and workers' comp claims.
People leave jobs where they feel worn down. A wellness benefit that makes a real daily difference shows your team you're invested in them.
Why iRun Texas
We're not just a running store. We're the experts San Antonio trusts for fitting people who stand, walk, lift, and move for a living. We've brought our program to veterinary clinics, city agencies, warehouses, hospitals, and more and every time, the result is the same: employees who feel the difference.
Every organization is different. We offer three formats so the program works around you not the other way around.
Format 1
Your employees come to one of our four San Antonio locations. We dedicate staff and time exclusively to your group no waiting, no sharing the floor with regular customers. Great for smaller teams or organizations that want to make it a special outing.
We've done this with veterinary offices, medical clinics, salons, and small businesses. Your staff gets treated like VIPs and leaves with footwear that actually fits them.
Best for: Groups of 530. Healthcare workers, vet staff, salon teams, teachers, restaurant workers.
Format 2
We pack up the store and come to you. Our team transforms your break room, conference room, or lobby into a fully operational fitting station stocked, staffed, and ready. Employees step away for 1520 minutes, get fitted, and go right back to work.
We've done this with city agencies like the San Antonio River Authority, distribution centers, school districts, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
Best for: 20200+ employees. Warehouses, hospitals, government agencies, school districts, police and fire.
Format 3
Sometimes the right insole is all it takes. Insoles and orthotics can make a dramatic difference for employees with flat feet, high arches, plantar fasciitis, or general fatigue and they work inside any shoe, including company-mandated safety boots.
Some organizations cover the cost of insoles as a safety or wellness benefit. Others want us to fit each person individually so they can choose what's right for them. Either way, we handle the fitting.
Best for: Warehouses, construction, manufacturing anyone in mandated footwear with recurring pain.
This isn't "try some on and pick a favorite." Every employee gets the same professional fitting we give any customer who walks through our door.
We ask about their job, routine, pain points, and what they've worn before.
Both feet length, width, and arch. Most people have never had this done right.
We watch them walk overpronation, supination, heel strike. The gait tells us which shoe works.
23 real options based on their needs. Not upsells just what fits.
Footwear fitted to their feet not just pulled off a shelf.
Every organization structures benefits differently. We work with you on whatever arrangement makes sense there's no single required way to do this.
Each employee purchases their own footwear at the event. We handle all transactions on-site. This is the most common arrangement it costs your organization nothing, and employees get expert fitting and access to premium brands they might not have found on their own.
Your organization pays for footwear or insoles as a wellness or safety benefit. Common with insert programs an employer buys insoles for the whole team. We invoice your organization directly and coordinate it all through one transaction.
Many employers offer a subsidy covering part while employees pay the rest. For example: the employer covers insoles for everyone while employees pay for their own shoes, or a set dollar amount is provided per person. Any split arrangement works.
Purchase a set of vouchers for your employees and let them redeem on their own schedule no group event required. Employees bring their voucher into any of our four San Antonio locations, get a full professional fitting, and apply it toward their purchase. Ideal when coordinating a single group event isn't practical, or as an ongoing year-round wellness benefit.
Group Pricing
Organizations fitting 10 or more employees are eligible for group pricing. Discounts are determined based on the specifics of your program not a fixed formula. This applies regardless of the payment arrangement.

If your employees stand, walk, lift, or move as part of their job they're a great fit.
Nurses, vet techs, and clinical staff spend 812 hours on hard floors. Proper support reduces fatigue, lowers injury risk, and helps them stay sharp through long shifts.
Concrete floors and constant movement are brutal on feet and joints. We help warehouse teams find footwear to last a full shift and fit insoles that work inside safety boots.
City employees, parks workers, and utility teams cover significant ground daily. We've worked with organizations like the San Antonio River Authority to outfit employees right at their workplace.
Long shifts and hard surfaces make good footwear a safety issue not just comfort. We help manufacturing teams find shoes with the right protection and support for the floor.
Teachers, custodial staff, PE coaches, and school nurses are on their feet all day on gym floors and hallways. A fitted shoe keeps them comfortable so they can stay focused.
Even office workers benefit especially those in roles with trade shows, facility walkthroughs, or long event days. A wellness fitting event is also a great team morale activity.
